WHAT IS PET EXPO?
El Paso Pet Expo is an event focused on all aspects of being a pet parent. There will be vendors selling the latest in pet products, Q&A panels from veterinarians and other animal experts, pet demonstrations, and a few celebrities from the pet world!
WHEN/WHERE DOES EL PASO PET EXPO TAKE PLACE?
The 2025 El Paso Pet Expo dates are July 26-27 at the El Paso Convention Center in downtown El Paso, Texas. The hours of operation are Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 10am-5pm.
WHAT IS A Q&A PANEL AND HOW DO I ATTEND?
Q&A panels are sessions that showcase a specific topic or featured guest. These panels provide a great opportunity to ask questions from the experts and learn things about the pet industry, Q&A panels are free to all paid attendees of the Event.
DO CHILDREN GET IN FREE TO EL PASO PET EXPO?
Children ages 2 and younger are free with a paid adult. Children ages 3-12 may get entry with a Child Day Pass. A Child Day Pass will be required for each day the child wants to enter the Event. Children age 13+ must purchase a normal entry ticket.
MAY I TAKE PHOTOS OR RECORD VIDEO AT THE EVENT?
Photography and video recording is permitted in most areas of the Event. Please remember to be respectful of other attendees, guests, exhibitors, volunteers, and facility staff. Some exhibitors and guests may request verbal or signed agreement for photography or video recording of their booths or during their Q&A panels. When taking pictures of others always ask first!
HOW CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET PURCHASE?
Tickets are non-refundable. They are transferable so you can sell them or give them to a friend.
